I think that I need a light physical activity to work my way back up to football. I have a lot of trouble mustering up the will and desire to exercise. I tried joining a gym for a while, and I did not want to go. I got a friend to join with me, and now she’s a gym superstar but I sit at home on the couch and make up excuses every time she wants to drag me there. I tried doing some workout tapes, and they didn’t really grasp me because the people in them were a little too intense and I got bored of the same movements happening over and over. I was all out of answers, when I talked to my mom and she suggested that I look into something that I actually enjoy doing. I remember playing sports back in high school, and for a while I actually liked those sports, even though I grew sour on them eventually. But I’ve always wanted to dance, so I thought I might look for some Dance lessons in NYC so that I could combine something fun with something that will help me stay in shape. It sounds like a great avenue to explore right now, so I’m going to do it.
